Who: Most suitable for 3-5 year olds and their parents. Slightly younger or older children may still receive benefits to a certain extent.
How to access: You will receive a link to join a Facebook group where the replay of the live session and pictures of various activities are shared. The replay will be available until 3pm Wednesday 8 April 2020.
*A short meditation practice is included, but please note this is NOT a kids yoga class.
